Where do I begin?
I decided to begin this blog as a place that I can write down thoughts about my sister's suicide in order to help me heal. More recently I realized that I have never talked to anyone outside of my own family about her death and I never sought grief counseling, which probably would have been helpful. I know, it's never too late, but at the moment it's also not a practical option (between my husband's work schedule, having a young nursing baby, and a tight budget).
I hope that this blog gives me a place to talk about her. A place to talk about her death and the time leading up to it. A place to remember, reflect, and grieve.
Rest in peace, my sweet sister.
